A girl, Taryn Andrea Winters, was born on July 7, 2013 to expectant parents Ryan and Janay Winters. The baby weighed six pounds, 13 ounces on arrival at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto.

The mother is the former Janay de Visser.

Maternal grandparents are Pete and Rena de Visser of Escalon.

Paternal grandparents are Robert and Denese Winters of Ripon.

The baby is the couple’s first child.
