Get ready to enjoy a unique offering, with the Food Truck Fest coming to a pair of San Joaquin County parks.
On Thursday, Aug. 1 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., the food trucks will visit Oak Grove Regional Park at 4520 W. Eight Mile Road, Stockton and on Friday, Aug. 2, they will be at Micke Grove Reginal Park, 11793 N. Micke Grove Road, Lodi, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
There will be a wide variety of foods available from the number of different trucks bringing their culinary talents to the parks.
There is a $5 parking charge at the parks.
There will be food, games, music and fun and there will also be pets up for adoption offered through the Delta Humane Society.
Games are scheduled to include giant lawn games, with bounce houses and other activities.
Also, coming up at Micke Grove Zoo is the popular Zoo After Dark event, set for Friday, Aug. 9 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
