La Grange Odd Fellows Offer Sunday Breakfast

All are invited to come to the IOOF Hall in downtown La Grange, where the Odd Fellows of Lafayette Historical Lodge #65 serve their monthly breakfast, always on the second Sunday of the month. Join in on Sunday, Aug. 11, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. for a menu of biscuits and gravy, sausage, ham and cheese omelets and all you can eat pancakes. Complimentary coffee and orange juice round out the meal.

Regular breakfast price is now $8 for ages 13 and up. Child rates have remained unchanged, breakfast for those ages 6 to 12 are $3, 5 and under eat for free. For take-out orders add 50 cents each. The Odd Fellows have also added a special offer of free breakfast to active military personnel with an ID.

Also, a heads up to all catfish lovers; the 12th Annual Catfish Dinner is fast approaching, so mark your calendar for this perennial favorite, Saturday Aug. 24 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the La Grange Odd Fellows Hall. It all happens in the down-home atmosphere of the 1881 vintage Odd Fellows Hall on the main street of town at 30018 Yosemite Blvd., La Grange, 20 miles east of Waterford on Highway 132, 30 miles north of Merced on Highway J-59.
