Lonestar will be performing Thursday, July 20, 2017 at the Stanislaus County Fair on the Bud Light Variety Free Stage. The concert will be hosted by KAT Country 103 and will begin at 8:30 p.m. The concert is free with the price of fair admission.

“This all-American country rock band will keep our Fair guests cheering and on their feet,” said Adrenna Alkhas, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair. “It will be a terrific show for our country lovers.”

The Lonestar saga continues with a new generation inheriting the love for the group passed down from its original fans, as they still inspire reviews that are somehow raves and warm congratulations at the same time. They’ve logged countless miles touring throughout the world, released several Platinum-selling albums and 10 No. 1 singles and earned Academy of Country Music (ACM) and Country Music Association (CMA) awards.

Known for merging their country roots with strong melodies and rich vocals, Lonestar, comprised of Richie McDonald (lead vocals), Michael Britt (lead guitar and backing vocals), Keech Rainwater (drums), and Dean Sams (keyboards and backing vocals), has amassed Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA)-certified sales in excess of 10 million album units since their national launch in 1995. Excellence in writing, strong lead and harmony vocals, exuberant instrumental tracks, all the Lonestar essentials resonate throughout their 10th studio album “Never Enders.”

The 2017 Stanislaus County Fair opens Friday, July 14 for a 10-day run. Discounted Fair admission tickets, unlimited ride wristbands, and the Fair season pass will be on sale beginning Saturday, April 29. Visit the Fair’s website for upcoming ticket sale information at
