If you’re looking for something unique to do this July 4 holiday, remember that the Sierra Nevada Arts and Crafts Festival will be staged over Independence Day Weekend, Saturday and Sunday, July 2 and 3. This festival is located in the mountain resort town of Arnold, on Highway 4. The arts and crafts fest, which runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, will feature over 60 booths of high-quality, hand-crafted artisans, specialty food and antiques.

Among the offerings will be succulents, photography, tie dye, wood art, crystals, stones, iron work, fine jewelry, bags, dresses, clothing, pottery, kettle corn, dried fruit, olive oil and more. The Ebbett’s Pass Volunteer Fire Department will also be selling local ales.

The festival is put on at Bristol’s Ranch House Café parking lot at 961 Highway 4 in downtown Arnold. Admission and parking are free.
