Gladys Inez Beaird, 88, died Tuesday, Sept. 11 at Oak Valley Hospital.
She was a native of Arkansas and lived in Oakdale for 67 years.
Mrs. Beaird was a homemaker.
She is survived by her children, Mary B. Wright-Hefley, Christine Fore, Robert Beaird, all of Oakdale; brothers, Les Odom of Riverbank, Ray Odom of Modesto; 20 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Yvonne New; and husband, Thomas Beaird.
Visitation was held Sept. 17 at Oakdale Memorial Chapel. Graveside services were held Sept. 18 at Oakdale Citizens Cemetery.
