Central Valley-based Silva Injury Law has been nominated in Video & Film – Scripted for the 30th Annual Webby Awards for its YouTube channel — the firm’s first-ever Webby nomination.
The Webby Awards have been called the “Internet’s highest honor” by The New York Times, and this year they received more than 13,000 entries from over 70 countries. Silva Injury Law’s nomination places the firm’s work among the top 11% globally.
For a personal injury law firm headquartered in Turlock, CA, this isn’t just a nomination — it’s proof that you don’t have to be a giant brand to build something people actually care about.
Instead of doing what most law firms do — the same billboards, the same taglines, the same “heavy hitter” routine — Silva Injury Law built something different: a scripted, character-driven world that feels closer to a series than an ad campaign.
Because that’s the point.
“We’re not trying to make commercials. We’re trying to build connection,” said Michael Joe Silva, founding attorney. “We want people to recognize us and trust us before they ever need a lawyer. This nomination is a reflection of that.”
“Nominees are raising the bar for creativity and innovation on the Internet,” said Nick Borenstein, General Manager of The Webby Awards. “It’s no small feat to stand out among nearly 13,000 entries.”
As a nominee, Silva Injury Law is eligible for the Webby People’s Voice Award — which is decided by public vote.
Voting is open now through April 16, 2026. Supporters can vote at: https://wbby.co/57602N
Silva Injury Law built this with its audience — not just for them — and now the firm is inviting that same community to help push this moment across the finish line. Winners will be announced April 21, 2026, and honored at the Webby Awards ceremony in New York City.

Through its creative arm, Silva Studios, the firm produces character-driven scripted content designed to bring humor, humanity, and trust into an industry that rarely feels either.
Established in 1996, the Webby Awards received over 13,000 entries from all 50 states and more than 70 countries worldwide this year. The awards are presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS).
