This California Department of Fish and Wildlife photo of band-tailed pigeons was taken by Katherine Miller. These pigeons will be the subject for the 2025-26 Upland Game Bird Stamp Art Contest.
Entries will be judged on originality, artistic composition, anatomical accuracy, and suitability for reproduction as a stamp and print.
