This year, Election Day was a little different in Riverbank. With the shortened schedule between when the state decided to have the special Prop 50 election regarding redistricting of Congressional districts, and Election Day on Nov. 4, it was a much shorter time than normal to get everything prepared. Here, ballots were being issued, marked, then cast, at the Riverbank Community Center. Even those who brought their ballots ready to be cast had a box to put them in. It was the only item on the ballot and Prop 50 was passed by voters in the state.
