Chamber Business Expo, Mayor meet scheduled
R chamber

One upcoming event in the City of Action focuses on business, another on the city itself.

The Riverbank Chamber of Commerce has set another in its series of Business Expos for this coming week.

Scheduled at the Riverbank Community Center, on Thursday, June 13, the expo will run from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Designed to showcase local businesses, the Chamber is looking for vendors to take part in the expo. Those interested in participating can call Lorri Faile at 209-502-1489; Kimberly Evans at 209-550-1663; or Olivia Arambula, at 209-502-0762.

Meanwhile, a little later in the month, Riverbank Mayor Richard D. O’Brien will host another of his ‘Meet with the Mayor’ events.

Set for Tuesday, June 18, it will be staged at City Hall, 6707 Third St., Suite B, offered from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

As is the custom, these meetings are held by appointment only. They can be scheduled by calling the Mayor’s office, at 209-863-7122.

Mayor O’Brien says the sessions provide an opportunity for residents to discuss issues, ask questions, share ideas and chat one on one with him.
