A Thursday, Jan. 10 meeting has been scheduled by the Stanislaus Consolidated Fire Protection District at the Station 26 Meeting Room, 3318 Topeka St., Riverbank.
The regular session is scheduled for 6 p.m. and among the items on the agenda is a presentation of the Joint Powers Authority Law as well as discussion regarding the Oakdale Fire Protection District contract negotiations and the City of Oakdale contract negotiations. There will also be a fiscal year 2018-19 Budget Study Session and continued discussion of a program to potentially impose charges regarding emergency and non-emergency services provided through the district.
Action items for the board will include election of the 2019 Officers including President, Vice President and Clerk of the Board.
Currently, Susan Zanker serves as president, with Michelle Guzman as vice president. Directors are Steve Green, Dave Woods and Greg Bernardi. Carissa Higginbotham serves as Clerk of the Board.
