With the extreme heat wave that has hit our area there may be some people looking for places to cool off. The City of Riverbank has a few cooling zones that are available to the public where people can get out of the heat for a period of time.
The dangerously high triple digit temperatures that are forecast to continue throughout the week can be deadly especially for children, the elderly, and pets.
