The next Riverbank City Council meeting set for Monday, July 11 will be convened at noon (not 6 p.m.), in accordance with a resolution to hold one meeting per quarter during the day instead of evening to make it easier for some residents to attend. The last noon meeting on April 11 was as sparsely attended as the usual evening gatherings.
