Deputies Report Arrests
COP1

Riverbank Police Services deputies responded to a report of a male adult checking car doors in the parking lot of Home Depot on the day shift on Tuesday, Oct. 24. Deputies said they were able to locate the subject, who was with two other individuals. Deputies determined that one of the three, identified as 43-year-old Justin Osgood, had just shoplifted some items from Home Depot. A citizen’s arrest was made for the shoplifting and it was determined he was also in possession of burglary tools, had a warrant for battery, and was in violation of the terms of his probation. One of the other subjects, Lauren Adams, 27, also known as Lauren Rambo, falsely identified herself to deputies, was determined to have a drug warrant and was in violation of the terms of her probation as well. They were both booked for their violations.

Another incident occurred last Tuesday on the graveyard shift, when a deputy contacted a subject who was loitering outside the Save Mart. A records check was conducted and it was determined that Clifford Bowden Jr., 56, had a warrant for elder abuse. He was arrested and booked on the warrant.
