DUI And Public Intoxication Arrests Made

Deputies and traffic patrol officers in Riverbank continue to work proactive DUI enforcement and this past week there were several arrests made.

Deputies are also providing extra patrol to the Rivercove neighborhood and Jacob Myers Park as they are beginning to see an increase in visitors.

Around midnight on Sunday, April 4, deputies located a 34-year-old man passed out in the alley on the 3700 block of Sierra Street. He was determined to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was arrested for public intoxication.

Deputies were dispatched to a family dispute in the 5900 block of Terminal Avenue on Sunday morning. After their investigation they arrested a 58-year-old woman in connection with the case.

On Saturday, April 3 around noon, deputies arrested a suspect identified as Sierra Bowensantos, 20, near Highway 108 and Mesa Drive on an outstanding warrant for felony vandalism.

During the evening on Saturday, deputies responded to the 2000 block of Laredo Lane regarding a family dispute. After their investigation they arrested a 41-year-old woman for vandalism.

Deputies located a 35-year-old man sleeping in his vehicle in the 2500 block of Patterson Road during the morning on Friday, April 2. He was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.

On Friday afternoon, deputies responded to the 3900 block of Sweepstakes Drive due to a family fight. After their investigation they arrested a 24-year-old woman for trespass and public intoxication.

Around midnight on Thursday, April 1, deputies were dispatched to the 2400 block of Claribel Road regarding a family fight. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 25-year-old woman in connection with the incident.

During the early morning on Tuesday, March 30, deputies stopped a vehicle near Patterson Road and Hot Springs Lane for vehicle code violations. The driver, a 20-year-old man, was subsequently arrested for DUI.

Later on Tuesday morning, deputies responded to the report of someone passed out on the sidewalk near Jackson Avenue and Stanislaus Street. Deputies located a 54-year-old woman, who was intoxicated. She was arrested for public intoxication.
