During the past week, Riverbank deputies had a number of calls to investigate including physical altercations, theft, and DUI.

On Sunday, Feb. 6 at 1 a.m., deputies responded to the report of a possible gang fight at the intersection of Squire Wells Way and Saxon Way. Deputies found vehicles in the street and 10 subjects in the roadway. After a party, a male punched a female before a large drunken brawl broke out. The suspects fled prior to officers’ arrival.

At 10:20 p.m. on Sunday, deputies located a subject behind the Dollar Tree on Oakdale Road. Brett Bolin, 32, was found to have three outstanding felony warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and transported without incident.

On Saturday, Feb. 5 at 5:30 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a vandalism in the Save Mart parking lot. The victim got into a verbal confrontation with the suspect. The suspect punched the victim’s vehicle, leaving a dent, and then fled.

At 11:35 p.m. on Saturday, deputies responded to the report of a traffic collision with no injuries at Patterson Road and Estelle Avenue.

Deputies responded to an overturned vehicle in the intersection of Patterson Road and Roselle Avenue on Saturday at 11:45 p.m. A 27-year-old female admitted to drinking an entire bottle of whiskey and driving, before flipping her car. She was arrested and booked for a DUI.

On Friday, Feb. 4 at 1 p.m., deputies responded to a security check in the 6000 block of Claus Road.

At 2 p.m. on Friday, deputies responded to the report of a credit card fraud from a prior vehicle burglary in the 2000 block of Patterson Road. A courtesy report for the Modesto Police was taken.

Deputies responded to the report of an interrupted residential burglary in the 7000 block of Dunbar Lane on Friday at 2:20 p.m. The victim came home to find two subjects in her residence. The suspects had ransacked part of the house and fled in a vehicle. The investigation is still ongoing.

On Thursday, Feb. 3 at 3 a.m., deputies responded to the report of a solo vehicle collision at the roundabout at Squire Wells Way and Heartland Drive. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Deputies responded to the report of a vandalism in the 6000 block of Wainwright Drive on Thursday at 3:55 p.m.; someone broke the victim’s car window overnight.

At 9:25 p.m. on Thursday, deputies responded to the report of a vehicle burglary in the 2000 block of Patterson Road. The victim’s car was broken into overnight.

On Wednesday, Feb. 2 at 5:15 a.m., deputies responded to the report of a robbery in the 3700 block of Atchison Street. The suspect was later identified and arrested.

At 1:20 p.m. on Wednesday, deputies responded to the report of a traffic collision with no injuries in the intersection of Patterson Road and Roselle Avenue.

Deputies responded to the report of a battery that occurred at the Veterans Park, 3600 Santa Fe Street on Wednesday at 5:45 p.m. A group of 15 juveniles were seen fighting in the park.

At 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, deputies responded to the report of the brandishing of a firearm in the 3000 block of Stanislaus Street. The victim reported he was involved in a large fight earlier in the day. One subject from the fight walked by and brandished a firearm in his waistband. The suspect was gone upon officers’ arrival.

On Wednesday at 10:25 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a drive by shooting at a residence in the 2000 block of Robirds Lane. No one was struck by gun fire, the investigation is ongoing.

On Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 8 a.m., deputies responded to the 5000 block of Westminster Court for the report of a missing runaway juvenile. At 8:25 a.m. on Tuesday, deputies responded to the report of a theft in the 2000 block of Heartland Drive. Identity theft was reported in the 3000 block of Kentucky Avenue on Tuesday.

On Monday, Jan. 31 at 10:30 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a non-injury vehicle accident at the intersection of Oakdale Road and Candlewood Place. They assisted with a name exchange and cleared the roadway of both involved vehicles.

At 11 a.m. on Monday, deputies were dispatched to Riverbank High School for a physical fight involving four students. The High School suspended three of the students who instigated the fight. The investigation is ongoing.

Deputies were dispatched to a non-injury accident at the intersection of Oakdale Road and Patterson Road on Monday at 6:40 p.m. They assisted with a name exchange and cleared the roadway of both involved vehicles.
