During a recent Tot Time session, Riverbank Police Services Chief Erin Kiely took time to read a story to the kids and gave them some instruction on what to do if they were lost in public and couldn’t find their parents. On that day, the tiny tots were discussing the letter ‘D’ for Deputy. Registration is now open for the next session of Tot Time that begins Oct. 1 and runs through Oct. 24, designed for three- to five-year-olds.
