A GoFundMe has been established to help a local resident who lost her double-wide mobile home in a multi-alarm fire late Tuesday night, Feb. 24.
According to Tawnya White, her sister, Kimberly Bullinger and her son, Josh, lost nearly all their possessions in the fire on G Street, which was reported just before 11:30 p.m.
“She lost nearly everything, including all her rescued pets,” White shared in announcing the formation of the GoFundMe effort. “She was burned on her back, arms, head and face, and was life flighted to a Davis hospital burn unit.”
Fire officials reported removing several dogs from the burning home; none survived.
White said Bullinger will require surgery and any and all donations to help in the family’s recovery would be appreciated.
