Prom Dresses Needed For Boutique

The Riverbank High School “bruin boutique club: bbc” is currently seeking donations of gently worn prom dresses and shoes. Prom season is right around the corner and there are several students that are unable to afford the clothing for these special events.

Rosalind Taulbee, English language arts teacher and club administrator expressed a need for mildly worn prom dresses for students in need to attend the upcoming prom on Saturday, May 3 at the Modesto Centre Plaza.

After an article ran recently in the Riverbank News about the bbc having low supplies and being in need, an anonymous donor delivered a generous donation to the Riverbank High School office, expressed Taulbee.

“Thank you very much for including an article in the paper about us,” said Taulbee.

However, the bbc is still in need of gently worn clothing for males and females due to supplies that are still low especially in the boys and girls large and larger sizes.

Students are in need and anyone with extra gently worn clothing is encouraged to donate to the bbc at Riverbank High School to the office or room 104.

For more information or to make a donation to the bruin boutique club: bbc, contact Taulbee at the school, (209) 869-1891.
