Riverbank Language Academy Hosts Spooktacular Street Beat

With Halloween peering around the corner, The Riverbank News recently asked four young first graders at Riverbank Language Academy, RLA, what their favorite part of Halloween is. Here are the answers from the four participants.

When asked if Abigail Galvan liked dressing up and pumpkin patches she said “yeah” and “my favorite thing is writing.” Her favorite candy bar is Hersheys. She has heard some spooky stories this Halloween season.

“Dressing up like a zombie,” said Julian Velazques. His favorite candy is Gummy Bears. He visited a spooky haunted house in celebration of Halloween.

“My favorite thing is to dress up into a Ninja,” said Carter Hauselmann. His favorite candy is Snickers bars. The haunted castle he visited was spooky.

“Dressing up like a Minion,” stated Jazmine Monges. Favorite candy is Snickers. She visited a spooky haunted house too and will be carving pumpkins sometime this week.
