The Riverbank Library offers a variety of activities that are free for families in the community. During the month of May there will be crafts, reading, and rock coloring. The Summer Reading Challenge will be held from May 21 through Aug. 6.

Story Time continues at the Riverbank Library in May. A Mother’s Day Craft will be held on Tuesday, May 7 at 3:30 p.m.

A Friends of the Library meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 14 at 5 p.m.

Teens and adults are invited to paint rocks with the Riverbank Rocks craft on Tuesday, May 21 at 3:30 p.m. where participants can take their painted treasures and place them around the community to brighten someone’s day.

Riverbank Library Book Club meets on Wednesday, May 29 at 4 p.m. to discuss The Book Thief by Markus Zusak.

The Riverbank Library Teen Book Club will meet on Friday, May 31 at 3:30 p.m. This month’s book is Bucking the Sarge by Christopher Paul Curtis. Light refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Riverbank Library.
