The first round of Food Truck Fridays got underway at the Riverbank Sports Complex on May 3. Sponsored by the city’s Parks and Recreation Department, four more are planned, through the end of May, in the parking lot there. A number of food vendors were there for the opening night, including a shaved ice booth and one selling lemonade. Pizza was also offered by one of the vendors.
