Yes, that mean, green one, Mr. Grinch, has invaded the offices of the city Recreation Department in downtown Riverbank this week. But it’s only briefly; long enough to let the department hopefully win the inter-office Winter Wonderland competition that will be judged soon. Supervisor Julia Petit takes time to pose with the Grinch here. In City Hall North, the Administration office and the Recreation Department office are being decorated, and in City Hall South, there are three in the competition: Finance, Building and Planning departments.
