Trick or treaters heading out and about undoubtedly encountered bone-chilling ghouls, ghosts or goblins like this one in neighborhoods across town on Halloween night. Chilly conditions greeted youngsters throughout the City of Action for the day of trick or treating. And where some homes have been decorated for the scary holiday on Thursday, Oct. 31, others around the city have been lit up with the Christmas spirit already.
