The next few months will bring a few different events to benefit Community Hospice, from barbecues to the annual gala.

First up, Camp Erin of the Central Valley Drive–Thru BBQ Dinner, set for Friday, April 17. Hours are 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Community Hospice Patient Services Center, 4368 Spyres Way, Modesto.

Community Hospice Foundation will host ‘A Night In Old Morocco’ Gala on Saturday, May 16 at The Grove, 3400 Finch Road, Modesto. Community Hospice Foundation is pleased to host its 19th Annual Gala. More than 500 local community members will gather for a delightful evening featuring a silent and live auction, raffle, live entertainment, a plated dinner, drinks and dancing. Several local community members will be recognized for their contributions and dedication to Community Hospice receiving the John and June Rogers Philanthropic Award, Julio R. and Aileen Gallo Leadership Award and Harold A. Peterson, III Heart of Hospice Award. All event proceeds will benefit the patients, families and programs of Community Hospice. Also, make plans to attend ‘A Light to Remember’ on June 12, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Japanese Gardens in Micke Grove Park, 11793 Mike Grove Road, Lodi.

This stunning event brings together family, friends and community members of all ages for an incredible moment of healing joy and hope.
