Something old, something new, something even blue, as local hot rodders, and their classic machines, have returned to Thursday evening gatherings at Riverbank’s Sno-White Drive-In once again. The turnout gets a little sparse during the cold, dark winter months, but now that spring has sprung and temperatures are on the rise, they’re back in force. Indoor dining is not yet allowed, but it doesn’t matter to these folks — they’d just as soon enjoy the out of doors, sitting and chatting with their neighbors. Trading tales of hard to come by restoration parts, most will be happy to explain their ‘rides’ to anyone who’s curious.
