The Riverbank Parks and Recreation Department’s new Indoor Soccer league continues with its second season beginning Wednesday, May 1 at the Community Gymnasium on the Cardozo Middle School campus.
Officials promise a drop-in league for both adults (20+) and teens (14-19). They say it’s a fun but competitive evening with 12-minute mini games. Different levels of experience are accommodated in a ‘Pure Game’ style of rotational play.
The new session begins with the Young Adults (14-19) playing on Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Cost for them is $5 per drop-in or a $15 per month pass. Adults 20+ play from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Their cost is $7 drop-in or a $15 per month’s pass.
