The Riverbank Chamber of Commerce and the city’s Parks and Recreation Department have joined together to offer a holiday gathering for local residents this weekend, a special day of food, shopping and fun.

With Easter on Sunday, officials have scheduled an Easter Egg Hunt for this Saturday, April 19 at the Riverbank Sports Complex, 2119 Morrill Road, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The hunt will be broken down into age groups so that everyone has an equal opportunity for success. Youngsters from three- to six-years-old will begin at 11 a.m., while seven- to 10-year-olds will start at 11:30 a.m.

Those 11 and up will be beginning their hunt at noon.

Also available at the complex will be a variety of craft vendors, food trucks and food vendors, all day.
