The Stanislaus County League of Women Voters will gather via Zoom on Wednesday, Sept. 22 at 6:30 p.m.
Topic of the session will be: What is AB 392 and Why Does It Matter?
This workshop will be presented by Ashley Raveche, Deputy Director of Social Policy for the California League of Women Voters. She will help explain what is a police use of force policy, why it matters and how this interfaces with the work being done by the Forward Together Committee formed by Modesto Mayor Sue Zwahlen. There will be an overview of the law and then a Q & A.
