The Riverbank High Athletic Boosters group is offering an alternative for having to cook next Monday night — especially when it’s an NFL football night.
The group is hosting a tri-tip drive-through dinner on Monday, Oct. 16. Pick-up will begin at 3:30 p.m. so it will be convenient to stop on your way home from school or work, organizers say.
The menu includes one whole tri-tip, four baked potatoes, four corn on the cobs, rolls and cookies for desert.
The package will feed a family of four, they say, all for a donation of $40.
Those interested can contact the boosters committee, which includes Colleen Nabors, Rosa Solario, Jeff Jennings, Logan Nabors and Kimi Jennings, to secure a ticket.
The group can also be contacted at email@example.com, but tickets need to be purchased by end of the day Thursday, Oct. 12, so they'll know how much food to order.
