There were some lunchtime activities served up on the campus of Riverbank High School this past week, fun competitions for students as part of the Homecoming Week festivities. A variety of dress up days saw students donning costumes and class colors, while there were events including a pie eating contest and tug-of-war.
On Friday afternoon, following a rally at RHS, the community gathered for a festive Homecoming parade, with RHS science teacher James Boardman honored as the Grand Marshal and a number of groups marking along. The band, cheerleaders, class floats, sports teams and more were all a part of the fun, along with return of the staff kazoo band.
