Construction Projects Continue In Multiple Riverbank Locations

Several building projects are scattered across Riverbank, some commercial, some residential. Some apartments, some houses.

Progress continues on an apartment complex on Claus Road, near the intersection with California Avenue.

The Riverbank Central Apartments are being built by the same Idaho company that built the complex at Claus and Patterson roads, across from Riverbank High School. It is a project that will house 72 multi-family units.

Last week, work was continuing on foundation forms and trenching for utilities. Both manpower and machine power was at work preparing the ground for the concrete to come.

Other projects coming include completion of new homes on the west edge of Crossroads, next to Oakdale Road. Another project is near RHS, on the east end of Santa Fe Street.

An America’s Tire Company store is being built at the Crossroads Shopping Center, near the Red Robin restaurant.
