Fair Exhibitor Deadlines, Ticket Sales Approaching

Exhibitor deadlines and ticket sales are just around the corner for the Stanislaus County Fair. Don’t miss out on entering into the area’s largest display of talent exhibits as the deadlines are May 12, May 19 and the final deadline on May 26. Discounted tickets will also be available starting Saturday, April 30.

“The exhibitor handbook is currently online or can be picked up at the fair office and also available at your local library,” said Adrenna Alkhas, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair. “With many new exhibits and arena events, guests are encouraged to buy tickets at a discounted rate beginning April 30.”

Thursday, May 12: 4-H & FFA Horse, 4-H & FFA Junior Livestock, 4-H & FFA Still Exhibits - excluding FFA Ag. Mechanics, Jr. Industrial Arts, 4-H & FFA Agriculture Horticulture (fruits & vegetables), 4-H & FFA Ornamental Horticulture (flowers, plants, gardens).

Thursday, May 19: FFA Ag Mechanics & Junior Industrial Arts; 4-H & FFA Agriculture Horticulture (fruits and vegetables); 4-H & FFA Ornamental Horticulture (flowers, plants & gardens); Junior & Senior Home Arts (foods & clothing-textiles); Junior & Senior Fine Art & Crafts; Junior & Senior Photography; three new exhibits of Literary Arts, Robotics and Technology; Open & Junior Horse.

Thursday, May 26: Junior & Senior Ag Hort (fruits & vegetables); Junior & Senior Floriculture (flowers/plants); Senior Homemade Wine & Beer; 4-H & FFA Rabbits; 4-H & FFA Poultry; 4-H & FFA Cavies; 4-H & FFA Dogs.

The Stanislaus County Fair will also open its box office to sell discounted Fair admission tickets, arena tickets, fair season pass, and discount unlimited ride wristbands beginning Saturday, April 30 at 9 a.m. Adult admission tickets are on sale for $10 (a $12 value). Unlimited ride wristbands are $25 (a $30 value). Arena event tickets are priced according to each event. Guests can purchase a season pass good for 10 adult admissions for $75 ($120 value).Guests can buy tickets at discount prices until Thursday, July 7 at 7 p.m.

The 2016 Fair will feature a spectacular children’s area presented by Sky Trek Aviation. Also planned for 2016 are 10-nights of free celebrity concerts included with Fair admission, a total of three stages of live entertainment, upwards of 30,000 local exhibits and over 1,750 animals.
