Floats, Lights Make For Festive Holiday Evening
Jr Bruins
Junior Bruin football parents, coaches, players and cheerleaders all walk or ride on a float in Saturdays 49th annual Christmas Parade in downtown Riverbank. The group took first place in the non-profit float category.

A craft faire started during the day but the bulk of the festivities for Riverbank’s annual Christmas event started a little later on, as floats and groups lined up to step off in the parade. There was also the tree lighting under the direction of Santa and Mrs. Claus following the parade and the chance to pose for photos with the special visitors from the North Pole. The weather cooperated and rain stayed away during the Saturday evening festivities, Nov. 25.
