Fun, Educational Activities Offered At Tot Time

A new Tot Time session begins on Tuesday, Sept. 5 for youngsters between the ages of three and five and is offered at the Scout Hall from 9 a.m. until noon. VIRGINIA STILL/THE NEWS

The City of Riverbank will be offering Tot Time for children ages 3- to 5-years-old on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to noon. The children must be potty-trained in order to attend. The monthly sessions are $80 per session and the next session will begin on Sept. 5, running through Sept. 27 at the Scout Hall, 3017 High St., in Riverbank.

This is a recreational class that teaches socialization through play and group interaction. Recreational and educational activities will be offered along with special seasonal activities as well. Children will have the opportunity to use computers, do arts and crafts, sing and play.

Parents are asked to send a healthy snack and have their child wear enclosed shoes.

Instructors are bilingual.
