There were several people enjoying a dry but cloudy Friday like the people that hit the hoops at Silva Park in Riverbank after a storm cell passed through the Central Valley bringing much needed rain to the area. More than an inch of rain fell over the past week, which will help – but not fully alleviate – the longstanding drought conditions in the region.
