Patrons at Jacob Myers Park on Saturday evening were disappointed to see that the free movie in the park had been canceled. Those arriving just in time to find a ‘socially distanced’ spot on the grass before the evening got dark enough found the gate locked and an electronic sign noting the closure. The scheduled movie was to be Frozen 2. There’s been no word yet on whether the August movie will be able to be shown.
