While Caltrans work in Riverbank has Highway 108 squeezed down to one lane these days in eastern Riverbank, motorists on Morrill Road on Saturday, Feb. 8 were routed around work being done by Pacific Gas & Electric crews. Although not as severe as the disruption on the highway, PG&E’s work still made navigation difficult for truck trailers coming from Oakdale Road onto Morrill, between the intersection and Zellman Court.
