Riverbank United Methodist Church Plans Tamale Dinner

Riverbank United Methodist Church will be hosting its annual Tamale Dinner “To Go” or Dine In on Saturday, Feb. 6 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Church Fellowship Hall facing Atchison Street (Highway 108) just west of Third Street, Riverbank.

Dinner includes homemade tamales, (choice of pork or chicken) rice, beans, green salad, and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Dinner can be enjoyed at the Church Hall or you can drive up in front for curbside service to pick it up. You don’t have to get out of your car; the meal will be brought to your vehicle.

Price for dinner is $10 for a full order which is two tamales and $6 for a half order of one tamale. Both the full and half orders include all the fixings of rice, beans, salad and a cookie.
