The City of Oakdale Animal Shelter play yard was recently the site of an exciting improvement project. A much needed sidewalk leading to a seating area was installed, providing a pathway to help keep little dog feet, as well as bigger people feet, dry and mud free. Staff and volunteers commented how nice it is to walk on the solid surface, especially with the recent heavy spring rains. The City of Oakdale provided the concrete, Riverbank’s Home Depot provided equipment, and volunteers Al Scoles and Mark Johansen provided the labor.
