Spaghetti lovers of all ages converged on the Riverbank Community Center Saturday evening to partake, and at the same time, help support the efforts of the volunteer group which helps feed the area needy each week.

Volunteers from several other community groups pitched in to help set up, prepare, serve and clean up after the dinner.

Individuals and family groups came to support the Riverbank Christian Food Sharing fundraiser and enjoy a good Italian meal of spaghetti, bread, salad bar, desert and beverages.

And after the meal, many participated in the ‘bag-a-rama’ drawing for prizes donated by business and individual supporters of the group’s efforts to provide giveaway food items each week to those in need.

Those who wanted to support the RCFS efforts but couldn’t stay for the meal could get their food to go.
