Tot Time is back this fall for Riverbank youngsters.

Session 1 began on Aug. 6 and will end on Aug. 29. This four-week session is perfect for children ages 3 to 5 who are preparing for kindergarten. Educational activities, fun crafts, and recreational games with the class will help socialize children before entering kindergarten. Sessions will also include short field trips and guest readers.

Tot Time is on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. until noon at the Scout Hall in Riverbank. The next session will begin on Sept. 4, after Labor Day.

The cost is $80 for the four-week session. For more information about Tot Time, including registering your child, contact the Riverbank Parks and Recreation Department at 209-863-7150.

“We have a special guest reader during week four of the next session,” expressed Julia Petit, Parks and Recreation Supervisor. “Captain Tucker from Stanislaus Consolidated Fire volunteered to read to the class and we are so excited to have him.”
