Construction continues on the new El Pollo Loco restaurant location in the Crossroads Shopping Center in western Riverbank. Here, a crane lifts the frame of a new menu sign into place at the edge of the drive-through. The site is located just to the west of the Red Robin restaurant in the interior of the center with hopes for a spring opening for the newest eatery in the complex.
