The March meeting of the Oakdale Garden Club will be held Tuesday, March 15 at 10 a.m. at the Community United Methodist Church of Oakdale at 1480 Poplar, Oakdale.

The scheduled guest speakers are Barbara Torres, from the Oakdale Museum and History Center, speaking on the history of Oakdale and the history of the Oakdale Garden Club. Torres will be followed by Kathy Van Vliet, owner of Inspired Designs, a home decor and gift shop outside of Escalon. Van Vliet will be presenting spring home and garden ideas, and will have some merchandise for sale.
