Police arrested a 41-year-old Oakdale man in his home on Sunday morning, Sept. 19 for multiple charges involving vandalism and graffiti.

The man, Jarod Russell Anthony Silva, who had a search warrant for his arrest, was taken into custody without incident and booked into county jail.

It is believed that Silva is responsible for numerous graffiti cases throughout the city of Oakdale over the past several weeks. Most recently, seven graffiti incidents were reported last week using the same graffiti tag. Locations of the vandalism included several downtown businesses, a bus stop, Oakdale High School, and the Community Skate Park.
