Betty Olive DeWitt, 92, died Sunday, Jan. 3 at her Riverbank home.

Mrs. DeWitt was a native of Big Creek. She lived in Riverbank 90 years.

She was a medical transcriptionist for 10 years and also a homemaker.

She is survived by her children, Bob DeWitt of Riverbank, Reanette Tisdale of Idaho, Chuck DeWitt of Utah, Rose Hafen of Newman, and Linda Lindley of Idaho; 29 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 7 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Sylvan Chapel, Modesto. A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., also at the church. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park, Hughson.

Remembrances may be made to your favorite charity.
