Chuck was born in Modesto CA, but lived most of his childhood in Yuba City. He enlisted in the US Navy and spent the next four years on board the USS Ranger. When he was discharged in 1967, he went to work in Oakdale at the Hershey Factory. He retired in 2009 after 40 years.

He is survived by his son Wade Mugrauer of Modesto, his longtime girlfriend Cloie (Coco) Sveen of Oakdale, her son Matthew Sveen of Modesto and her granddaughter Kyndel of Days Creek, OR.

Chuck was preceded in death by his wife Patricia (Walker) Mugrauer and his brother John (Butch) Mugrauer.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Chuck and Coco’s home in Oakdale at 6 p.m. RSVP message at 209-493-8034. Our love and gratitude to all our friends and family who knew and loved him throughout his life. We will be forever grateful.
