Joe R. Sanders, 85, died on Thursday, July 14.
He was born June 14, 1926.
Survivors include all four of his children, Lucille Monk, Sally Nunes, Joe Sanders Jr., and Terry Sanders; five grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years Mary Sanders and his grandson Christopher Monk.
Memorial services only will be held at Riverbank Memorial Chapel at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 22.
