Born at Richmond Hospital on May 25, 1949 to her parents Jarvis and Irene Rice, she is survived by her siblings Sue, Jerry and Jaylene. Loretta had one child Tina and one grandson, Marcis, with a great granddaughter on the way.

She left the Bay Area in her 40’s and settled in Oakdale where she lived for camping and having fun with her friends. She passed after a short stay in the hospital on April 12, 2025.

There will be a heavenly 76th birthday party held for her at the banquet room at Ryderz in Oakdale on May 25, 2025 at 3 p.m. Come share stories and laughs, she would love that.
