Madeline Elaine Davidson, 63, died Friday, March 2.

She was born in Lakeport on Aug. 27, 1948 to Lucia Velasquez and James Martin Davidson.

Ms. Davidson was administrative assistant for Riverbank School District for 31 years. She loyally served on Riverbank City Council and later proudly became Mayor of Riverbank and served on the board for the Riverbank Fire District.

During the last two years, she resided in Portland, Ore. to live closer to her daughter and grandson.

She loved to travel abroad with her best friend Susan Winget and family, play her hand at the casinos, and lovingly nurture her family and friends through the passion of her cooking.

She laughed hard, loved loyally, and lived her life to its complete fullest.

She is survived by her daughter, Kipperlyn (Shane) Sinclair; siblings, Ronnie Davidson, Dennis Davidson, Ali Davidson, Flupper Davidson, and Karen Davidson; and one grandson, Donavon Sinclair.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday March 10 at the Riverbank Memorial Chapel, 3131 Santa Fe, Riverbank, to be followed by graveside services at the Burwood Cemetery, Escalon.
